I love any ideas that mischief can be good for us!

This article discusses how breaking societal or personal norms can be healthy, even good for us.

People need to give themselves a break from their lives occasionally. They need to sometimes allow that impulsive inner child to take over, within reason.

The article even talks about doing something rather daring, like going to bed early!
